Boat Charter Terms & Conditions

The charterer is responsible for the behavior of onboard guests, and any damages caused.

BoatHire.com.au does not accept any responsibility for damages or injuries caused during the charter.

The charterer must abide by the terms and conditions of the boat owners.

Bookings:

All prices are in AUD$ and include 10% GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Whilst all effort is made to ensure the accuracy of prices, we cannot guarantee this price until your booking form has been approved by yourself and the boat owner.

Surcharges for public holidays and special event days may apply.

A deposit is required to secure a booking, the amount varies by boat.

Once a booking has been confirmed, the boat is made unavailable to the public and is therefore non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to by the boat owner.

The charterer is responsible for any cancellation or postponement fee charged by the boat owner plus an extra admin charge to BoatHire.com.au.

The balance is due 2 weeks before the cruise, unless arranged otherwise, or unless the booking is made within 2 weeks of the cruise.

Wet weather - your cruise will go ahead in wet weather unless the conditions are dangerous or otherwise agreed to by the boat owner.

By paying a deposit you accept these terms and conditions.
